'Gulnaar' Sheetal Bhan

She identifies as pansexual.
Sheetal, also lovingly called Gulnaar, Didda and many other names, is a lover in every sense of the word.
She is a Bombay-based mystic, channel, facilitator, storyteller, writer and educator. She descends from a Kashmiri lineage of spiritual masters and has picked up many intuitive gifts right from a young age. she is a trained as a Mindfullness Based Counselling Listener with Embodied Presence. She is a Practicing healer in modalities like Reiki, Karuna Reiki, and Quantum Field Ancestral Healing.  Sheetal has been a strong voice advocating the importance of sex-ed, mental health, emotional well-being, gender sensitisation and the rewilding of humanity. She is the feminist mother of her 16 year old son Kabir and 18 year old daughter Tanvi. 
Her radical approach towards life makes her synonymous with shredding superficiality and embracing vulnerability. As a survivor of sexual abuse, Sheetal has been on a tender journey towards sovereign embodiment. Her rendezvous with the realm of suicide allows her to show up compassionately as a first responder for many others. She has courageously shared her story on various platforms including TEDx, to build solidarity and validate the experience of survivors around the globe.
As the Mother of Zanaan, she nurtures a divine and audacious sisterhood. She invites women to sacred spaces that are deeply grounded in our wild essence, using touch, sound and the arts. As a ritualist, she anchors Moon Circles and Retreats while also offering deep 1:1 healing.
